Scott Woods' tour comes to the Okanagan

Scott Woods and his sister Kendra Norris perform together as part of the Yee-Haw Show Tuesday night at St. Andrewsa国际传媒 Presbyterian Church in Penticton.

Woods and his four supporting musicians are in the middle of a five-province tour where they pay tribute to the old variety shows of the 1950s and 60s.

While prominently fiddle music, the set includes some classic country, gospel and, of course, bluegrass.

The Penticton crowd rewarded the band with a lengthy standing ovation.

The "Yee Haw" show includes dancing, comedy, music, cowboy poetry and storytelling.
