The highest wage position at the regional district is the chief administrative officer. Sally Ginter, who assumed the position in July 2023, was paid $107,000 that year. Her predecessor, Brian Reardon, was paid $151,000 for his six months of work with the district that year.聽
Sixty regional district employees made more than $75,000 in 2023, the threshold for which disclosure of their names and salaries is required by provincial law. Salaries included $78,000 for a dog control officer, $98,000 for mechanics, and $76,000 for a communications advisor.聽
