West sa国际传媒 Warriors host its annual Fan Apprecia-tion Night tonight at Royal LePage Place, beginning at 7 p.m.

The Warriors (22-23-5-2) welcome Trail Smoke Eaters (34-14-3-1) in what will be the final game of the regu-lar season. Game time is 7 p.m.

Team awards will be held post-game.

In Penticton, the Vees (40-7-5-0) close out the regular season with a 6 p.m. home game against Salmon Arm Silverbacks (30-15-7-0) at the South Okanagan Events Centre.

The Vees, which finish the season first overall in the BCHL, will also host a post-game awards ceremony.

Vernon Vipers (15-31-6-0) will close out the season tonight with a home game against Cranbrook Bucks (29-21-2-0). The Vipers missed the playoffs finishing 10th of 11 teams in the Interior conference.

All three teams were in action Friday night. Games were still in progress at press deadline.

Playoffs begin next week tentatively with Penticton fac-ing Okotoks in a best-of-seven while West sa国际传媒 will face Brooks Bandits.

This was the first year that Alberta teams entered the BCHL and three of the five squads qualified for the post-season. The Vees, meanwhile, announced this week that itsa国际传媒 their final season in the BCHL as they move to the WHL beginning next season.
