Desnoyers — a top prospect for this June's NHL draft — now has four goals and seven assists in five games these playoffs.
Mathis Rousseau stopped 26 shots to earn a shutout for Moncton, which led the QMJHL with a 53-9-2 regular-season record before sweeping the Quebec Remparts in the first round.
Baie-Comeau advanced to the second round by beating the Cape Breton Eagles in six games.
